- Generally, November to April is considered the best time to visit Mexico, as this is the dry season for most regions, and temperatures are pleasant. But as always, expect more crowds during this time.
- The rainy season for many parts of Mexico falls between May and October, but the rain usually comes in short bursts and doesn't necessarily ruin your travel experience.
- Coastal areas such as Cancun and Los Cabos can be visited year-round, but it is worth noting that hurricane season is from June to November, which could affect travel plans.
If you are interested in cultural events, you might consider traveling during festivals such as Dia de los Muertos (October/November) or Semana Santa (Easter week), which offer a unique and exciting way to experience Mexican culture. Ask us what we recommend!

This island in the Caribbean Sea is one of the most popular dive destinations in Mexico, with crystal-clear waters and vibrant coral reefs. You can see sea turtles, eagle rays, numerous species of fish, and sharks.
Cenotes
These freshwater sinkholes in the Yucatan Peninsula offer a unique diving experience, with incredible visibility and the opportunity to explore underground caves and caverns.
socorro island
Located off the coast of Baja California, this volcanic island is known for its large pelagic species, including hammerhead sharks, giant manta rays, and humpback whales.

Cabo Pulmo National Marine Park
This protected area on the Baja California Peninsula is home to the only living coral reef in the Gulf of California. Divers can see a variety of marine life, including sea lions, rays, and schools of colorful fish.
Isla Mujeres
This island off the coast of Cancun is a great spot for diving with whale sharks, which migrate through the area from May to September.
Guadalupe Island
This remote island off the west coast of Baja California is one of the best places in the world to cage dive with great white sharks.
